| 摘 要： | 对美国《国家青少年体育策略》(NYSS)颁布的背景、实施框架、主要内容与战略特征进行分析。认为NYSS制定程序严谨,方法科学;实施步骤清晰,统筹兼顾;多个部门合作,联动执行与监测体系完善,数据共享。结合我国青少年发展概况,得出了四点启示:①注重科学实证研究,建立相匹配的青少年体育活动促进措施;②加强青少年体育素养教育,统筹兼顾特殊群体体育活动促进计划;③跨部门联动推进,完善青少年体育活动监测体系;④坚持依法治体,创设青少年体育活动参与环境。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the background,implementation framework,main contents and strategic characteristics of the National Youth Sports Strategy(nyss)in the United States.It is considered that nyss has strict procedures and scientific methods,clear implementation steps and overall consideration,cooperation of multiple departments,linkage implementation and monitoring system,and data sharing.Combined with the general situation of youth development in China,four enlightenments are obtained:①Pay attention to scientific and empirical research and establish corresponding promotion measures for youth sports activities;②Strengthen youth sports literacy education and make overall plans for promoting sports activities of special groups;③Promote cross sectoral linkage to improve the monitoring system of youth sports activities;④Adhere to the rule of law and create sports activities Youth sports participation environment. |
