| 摘 要： | 本文以“中国铅球技术”为依据，探索适应该技术的教学方法。结果表明：新教法利于学生掌握新技术，且优于传统教法；新教法的教学程序较传统教学程序更有利于学生掌握正确的推铅球技术；衔接技术应作为体育专业学生推铅球教学的重点。

| Abstract: | According to the "Chinese shot putting technique", an new pedagogy was explored to suit it. The results showed that the new pedagogy is benifit for students to grasp the new techique, and more superior than tradition's. The new teaching sequence is easier for students to master correct action than tadition's. The skills of link is the core of shot putting feaching for physical education professional students. |
