| 摘 要： | 针对近年来中小学生多次发生溺水事件,省教育厅和体育局联合发出“在学校大力开展游泳活动的通知”提出了“人人学会游泳”的号召。为了切实落实此政策,本文采用文献资料和问卷调查及走访等研究方法,对浙江省部分城市的中小学、体育系统和社会游泳场馆进行了调查。结果表明:目前的场地设施、中小学学生情况、体育师资力量基本能满足浙江省中小学生人人学会游泳的要求。但要积极采取配套措施,才能完成预期的目标。

| Abstract: | The provincial education department and sports department jointly issued an announcement entitled Vigorously Launching The Swimming Activity In Schools against the recent swimming accidents among students of schools in Zhe-jiang, in whichevery student should learn to swim is put forward. To carry out this policy practically, some of schools, sports departments and public swimming facilities were investigated in the way of documents and questionnaires. Results show that the circumstances of school students as well as present facilities and teaching resources can meet the needs of every student should learn to swim on the whole. Prospective target can be fulfilled if active suitable measures are adopted. |
