| 摘 要： | 中国在成功申请承办2008年北京奥运会之后又面临着如何筹备北京奥运会的各项准备工作,如何面对各类可能发生的潜在风险,如何预测、预防、规避、控制、应对各类政治上、经济上、文化上、环境上、建筑上、组织上、资源上的风险.文章对北京奥运会的风险识别、风险分析、风险管理和风险防范等方面进行了分析,提出了只有设计尽量完美的应对策略才能保证奥运会筹备工作的顺利进行,为成功举办2008年北京奥运会奠定基础.

| Abstract: | How to deal with all kinds of the potential risk before, during and after 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is one of the biggest issues after bidding successfully 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. How to anticipate, avoid and control the risks coming from politic, economic, cultural, environment, building construction, organizational, resource and etc is also the main task for the Beijing Olympic Committee. This paper analyzes the basic risks of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and try to give the model of how to deal with the risks in order to ensure to hold 2008 Beijing Olympic Games successfully. |
