| 摘 要： | 采用文献调研、录像观测统计、专家访谈和理论分析等研究方法,对散打和泰拳两大对抗性项目的技术特点进行比较和分析。研究结果显示两者在进攻理念、进攻技术、防守技术和技术观赏性等方面存在着较大差异。这些差异一方面展示了散打的独特魅力,另一方面暴露了散打存在的不足之处。建议散打运动应在竞赛体制和竞赛规则上进行改革,提高拳腿技术的得分比重,保持和发扬快摔技术,以突出项目的民族特色。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature investigation,observation and analysis videos,expert's interview and statistics analysis,the technical features of Sanda and Tai-boxing,which are the two adversarial items,are analyzed and compared in this paper.The results showed that the two has significant differences in aspects of attacking consciousness and techniques,defensive techniques and enjoyment of techniques.These differences not only displayed the unique charms of Sanda,but its shortcomings.For highlighting its characteristics of nationalities,Sanda needs a reform in its competition system and rules.The proportion of Fist and Leg techniques should be increased and the technique of quick wrestling must be kept up. |
