| 摘 要： | 体育资源配置方式主要有市场配置方式、政府计划配置方式和混合型配置方式。政府计划配置与市场配置体育资源的作用主要是通过信息机制、决策机制、动力机制与竞争机制来实现的,不同的配置机制造成了截然不同的配置效率。两者在体育资源配置过程中有着各自的优势与不足,在社会发展的不同阶段和不同领域应发挥不同的作用。
