| 摘 要： | 就目前普通高等院校健美操选修课的教材设置情况,提出课堂内容应赶上时代步法,将时下流行并风靡全国的街舞、有氧搏击、拉丁健美操、爵士舞、瑜珈等深受学生喜爱并亟需了解的内容列入教学大纲,以满足广大学生的求知和娱乐欲望.

| Abstract: | With the global development of information, the course of Gymnastics in the 21 Century will pay more attention to amusement and health than that in the 20 Century . Basing on the elective textbooks of aerobics which are set in common universities and colleges, the paper put forward : The content of courses should keep up to date , and we should take present popular and nationally fashionable dances into curriculum schedule which students love deeply and want to know urgently, such as Hip-Hop,Kickboxing,Latin,Jazziness ,yoga and so on. So that it can meet the students' desire to acquire knowledge and amusement. |
