| 摘 要： | 运用走访调查和文献资料等方法,就目前我国数智社区体育建设的必要性、所处困境及治理路径进行了有针对性研究,发现保障资源覆盖不均、智慧化程度低、建设主体模糊与缺位、融资渠道狭窄等是我国社区全民健身建设中面临的现实困境。由此,提出从协同治理的角度,通过引入社会力量,与政府共同搭建全民健身智慧小区共享平台,实现以社区为核心、以小区为基本单元的全民健身生态圈,并进一步对平台的建设原则、系统框架及主体功能进行了初步设计与阐述。在未来,杭州市全民健身数智小区共享平台的推进,需要着力加强政府责任、政策指导、部门协同、多元合作、技术创新等方面,方能促进社区智慧体育服务的稳定、快速、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Using the method,such as visiting survey and literature review,is at present to makes targeted research on the necessity,predicament,and governance path of the sports construction in the number-wise community in China,We found the low degree of security resources cover inequality,low degree of intelligence,lack fuzzy and main construction body,the narrow financing channel,and so on are the predicament of reality in the Chinese community in the construction of national fitness.Thus,From the perspective of collaborative governance,we propose to build a shared platform of national fitness smart community with the government by introducing social forces so as to realize a national fitness ecosystem with the community as the core and the community as the basic unit.In addition,preliminary design and elaboration are made on the construction principles,system framework,and main functions of the platform.In the future,the promotion of the sharing platform of Hangzhou National Fitness Community needs to focus on strengthening government responsibility,policy guidance,department coordination,diversified cooperation,technological innovation,and other aspects so as to promote the stable,rapid,and sustainable development of community smart sports services. |
