| 摘 要： | 运用文献法和比较法,对建设体育强国视域下的我国竞技后备人才培养进行了研究。结果显示,我国体育系统竞技后备人才培养体系在夺取奥运金牌方面卓有成效,但受先体后学人才培养模式的制约,运动员难以得到全面发展。通过引证美国部分成功经验,对我国通过学校培养竞技后备人才在建设体育强国中的战略意义进行讨论并提出了相应的对策。
