| 摘 要： | 休闲生活是大学生活的重要组成部分,但许多失范休闲行为的出现,说明休闲需要规范、需要教育。休闲体育是一项非常有意义的规范休闲方式,但大学生休闲体育行为的缺乏和失范行为的存在都要求休闲体育教育的进一步发展。在对规范休闲与休闲体育进行分析、诠释的基础上,进一步分析了高校休闲体育教育情况及制约因素,并提出了应对措施。
