| 摘 要： | 采用《比赛焦虑调查表》于比赛前1个月对212名运动员进行问卷调查，了解导致比赛焦虑的来源，对运动员进行心理疏导。结果，运动员在担心拿不到金牌这一比赛焦虑程度最高，其次是担心未来前途，男女运动员差异不显。

| Abstract: | In order to know the reasons causing competitive anxiety and how to overcome,this paper made questionnair for 212 athletes one month befor competition.As a result,the first worry is not to get the gloden,the second is to worry about their future,and there is not difference between women rowers and men.We can draw a conclusion that the main reason causing the anxiety is to worry about not getting the gloden. |
