高校体育专业背越式跳高课程序化教学的实验研究

摘    要:高校体育专业背越式跳高教学的形式和方法正随着我国对教育形式的改变而发生了一些变化。如何科学合理地运用教学形式和方法是当今田径教学最优化的一个值得探讨的问题。程序化教学能够培养学生自学自练的能力,使教师和学生花费最少的时间和精力,完成教学任务,达到比较好的效果。

Abstract:The teaching forms and methods of back bend in physical education major of universities and colleges are changing with the teaching reform in China.How to use teaching forms and methods scientifically and rationally become today's problem for optimizing track and field teaching.The programmed instruction can improve students' abilities of learning practice by oneself,makes teachers and students finish instruction task as less time and energy as possible,achievement better effect.
