摘    要:探讨舍恩的"反思性实践"理论在高校体育教师专业发展中的作用及启示,认为"反思性实践"理论重视高校体育教师实践反思能力的培养,促进高校体育教师的专业知识、技能与情意的发展,促使高校体育教师成为反思型教师。"反思性实践"使反思自主性成为影响高校体育教师专业发展的关键因素,为高校体育教师的专业发展提供了新的理论基础,有利于高校体育教师的专业发展。

Abstract:By using Donald Schon’s theory of ref1ective practice,we probe the effects and inspiration on the specialized development of P.E teachers in university.We consider that ref1ective practice theory put importance to the cultivation of the practice reflective ability of P.E teachers in university,and it improve the development of specialized knowledge,skill and emotion of P.E teachers in university,and it spur P.E teachers in university to reflective teachers.Ref1ective practice theory make P.E teachers’ self-reflective be the pivotal factor for their specialized development.It provide a new theory basic of P.E teachers’ development in university,and it should be in favor of the development of P.E teachers in university.
