| 摘 要： | 文章依据复杂理论观点,从最佳竞技状态形成的层次性、动态性以及诸影响因子间关系等方面,探讨了个人运动项目竞技状态形成的复杂性特征,研究认为:特定运动员最佳竞技状态形成的训练必需有一个全面的、有序的、针对性的训练计划,并予以认真实施,否则就无法达到应有的最佳竞技状态;大多情况下脱离具体受训对象也就不存在一种绝对好的,或另一种绝对差的训练方案或体系;除了抓好训练环节外,不能忽视先天因素的选材和训练环境的营造等问题;运动员在发展过程中某阶段达到理想竞技状态后,为了继续进步,就必须抛弃旧的状态并为获得新的状态建立基础,就要求本质性地对运动员训练过程中的所有组成的成份,进行改造和优化组合。

| Abstract: | Based on the complex theory viewpoint,from his best form of the hierarchy,the dynamic and form the relationship between the impact factor,this paper discusses the personal sports competitive state of the complexity of the formation characteristics,Research thinks that particular athletes of the formation of the optimum form training must have an overall,orderly,specific training plan,and seriously implement,otherwise we cannot attain the best competitive state;In most cases from specific trainees are a kind of absolute good,or another kind of absolute difference training program or system;In addition to pay special attention to the training of the link,cannot ignore innate factors selection and training environment construction problems;Athletes in the process of development a stage to achieve the ideal competitive state,in order to continue to progress,we must abandon the old state and get new state for establishing the basic,requires the essential to athletes in the process of training all the components of the ingredients,modification and optimization combination. |
