| 摘 要： | 体校是我国培养竞技性体育人才的基础，为我国竞技体育事业做出了巨大贡献。浙江省体校数量多，规模大，项目特色鲜明，从建校到发展至今，经历了扩张和保持，呈现出良好的运行态势。但近年来受多种因素的影响，各级体校的发展受到了一定的限制。生源、运行机制和经费是影响体校生存发展的三大主要因素，其中生源是最关键因素，而学生的出路问题是影响生源的最主要因素。
