| 摘 要： | 目前．我国社会体育指导员队伍严重滞后于全民健身的需要。高等院校体育专业是为社会培养专门性服务的体育人才的．我们要充分发挥高等院校体育专业的优势．顺应全民健身的需求，并对体育专业的教学进行一系列的改革，把培养社会体育指导员的工作引进高等学府．尽快培养出高水平的社会体育指导员。

| Abstract: | At present,the development of mass sports instructors teem greatly lacks behind the need of physical fitness for all in China. The PE major of college aims at training professional PE talents offering services to the society.We need to give full play to the advantages of the PE major of college,meet the need of physical fitness for all,and carry out a series of reforms on instruction of PE major so that the training of mass sports instructors can be introduced into colleges,and we can train high?quality mass sports instrcotors as fast as possible. |
