| 摘 要： | 城乡公共体育服务均等化的提出,主要是为了解决目前我国城乡公共体育服务不均衡的问题,是社会主义现代化进程的现实要求。关于公共体育服务均等化的逻辑起点,文章主要从公共体育服务均等化的概念界定、城乡公共体育服务分配不均问题、城乡公共体育服务均等化的兴起三个方面进行阐述。而关于城乡公共体育服务均等化的现实困境,主要表现在乡村体育文化发展的滞后性、城乡公共体育服务供需失衡、城乡公共体育服务缺乏长期规划等方面。关于城乡公共体育服务均等化的路径选择,文章提出了增强乡村地区体育文化建设、规划乡村社区提高供给效率、完善城乡公共体育服务均等化的制度体系等举措。

| Abstract: | The equalization of urban and rural public sports services is mainly to solve the current imbalance between urban and rural public sports services in China,which is a realistic requirement of the socialist modernization process.Regarding the logical starting point of the equalization of public sports services,this article mainly elaborates from the definition of the concept of equalization of public sports services,the uneven distribution of urban and rural public sports services,and the rise of the equalization of public sports services in urban and rural areas.The practical dilemma of equalization of urban and rural public sports services is mainly reflected in the lagging development of rural sports culture,imbalance between supply and demand of urban and rural public sports services,and lack of long-term planning of urban and rural public sports services.Regarding the choice of equalization of urban and rural public sports services,this paper proposes measures to enhance the construction of sports culture in rural areas,plan rural communities to improve supply efficiency,and improve the system of equalization of urban and rural public sports services. |
