| 摘 要： | 建设公共服务型政府需要体育行业的积极参与.本研究采用文献资料法、专家咨询法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等对健身气功公共服务体系的构建内涵进行分析,论证了健身气功公共服务体系建立的可行性,提出以政府为主导、社区(包括居委会和村委会)为重点、练习站点为依托、健身气功四套功法为载体、各级健身气功协会为桥梁的城乡一体化健身气功公共服务体系,它可以整合全国健身气功资源,从整体上提高健身气功服务全民健身的质量和能力,为健身气功服务社会注入新的活力.
