| 摘 要： | 为研究武术的习得层次理论与规律,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对武术的本质、习得层次理论和规律进行论述,认为武术的本质在于其技击性;武术习得层次有"技"、"艺"、"道"三个方面;武术习得规律包括由技而进乎道的过程性规律,着熟、懂劲和神明阶段性规律,由术入道的修身规律和形神兼备的表现规律。学习武术应该遵循其习得规律,习武者应勤学苦练,然后方能领悟武术的真谛,还应结合武术发展的内在文化规律,吸取精华,弃其糟粕,推进武术技击的创新。
