| 摘 要： | 以优势项目的外在表现形式,即以项目运动成绩的变化为标准,可以将优势项目划分为3种类型:持久型、波浪型和爆发型。每个国家优势项目类型分布不同,多数国家波浪型优势项目居多。中国的优势项目多数属于波浪型。竞技运动制胜因素是为了获得比赛胜利而应具备的条件,是由多个因素构成的一个系统。依据制胜因素的侧重点,可以将其分为保障层、决策层和执行层3个主因素,每个主因素又包含多个子因素。要充分认识项目本质,结合运动员的特点,总结创新简单易懂、简便易行的制胜因素。
