| Abstract: | From the view of NPO and sport public service, this paper made a detail study on motivity mechanism of teenagers sport club,which is typical sport NPO in China. It is a complete process that made up of resultant force from government choice and society choice. Then the author analyzed the character and development orientation of teenagers sport club in special mode that made of relation of government and society in China, and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures from both sides of macrocosmic management and microcosmic operation, which as references for deep development of sport NPO in China. |
