| Abstract: | In this paper,the forces used by rowers and boat acceleration were measured in the W4-rowing.The technical skills of rowing were analyzed with these indexes and some suggestion of improvement of technique was made.In the 9th National Game of China,the rowers held the first place after three months training. |
