| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查等方法,对北京、广州、长沙三城市中产阶层人群参与体育活动的现状进行抽样调查,获得了他们在体育动机、体育消费、参与程度、锻炼项目、场所、影响体育参与原因等方面的数据,并进一步比较分析,提出了促进我国中产阶层体育参与的对策与建议。 |

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature,questionnaire and so on,the article makes sample survey on current situation of middle class' participation in sports activity,gains some data on sports aims,sports consumption,degree of participation,exercise field,form,events and participation reason.Finally,the author makes further analysis and put forwards the countermeasure to develop the middle class' sports activity in China. |
