| 摘 要： | 通过对我国不同类型竞技体育队伍管理主体目标结构、特征的初步调查及评价研究,指出：我国不同类型高水平竞技体育队伍管理主体,目标设置数量多、兼顾任务杂且目标内涵雷同,呈现多元性、层次性、冲突性特征.

| Abstract: | With the preliminary investigation and evaluation study of the goal structure and characteristics of the main body of management in competitive sports tear.s of China, it has pointed out that it is in large quantity, task mixing and goal identical connotation in the goal structure and characteristics of the main body of management in different high-level competitive sports teams of China, presenting the characteristics of the pluralism, hierarchy and conflict. |
