| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、数据统计等方法分析、讨论了我国竞技体育后备人才培养的现状：我国竞技体育后备人才存在储备严重不足。人才培养体制落后，资金不足，培养效益差等问题。提出了推进竞技体育后备人才培养体制的创新，落实体教结合，优化后备人才培养方式以压对教练员实行竞争上岗，提高教练员的执教水平等建议，以促进竞技体育后备人才的培养。

| Abstract: | It is the focal point of deepening the reform of the system of athletic sports in China. The completion of the system of market economy has estalished an economic basis and offered beneficial reference for the system reform of competitive sprots. It discussed the motive force and the encouraging characteristics of the market mechanism in the system reform of athletics sports, analysed coupling relationship between the competition mechanism and the balance mechanism in the market mechanism and competitive sports system, and proposed that the market mechanism should play a rational role in the operating mechanism of current economic sports system. |
