| 摘 要： | 坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展,是党的十六届三中全会提出的科学发展观.解读了科学发展观的内涵,阐述了新建本科学校体育院系树立科学发展观的必要性,论述了新建本科学校体育院系如何运用科学发展观指导办学实践,特别是对体育院系的建设和发展如何坚持＂以人为本＂这一科学发展观的核心要素进行了诠释.

| Abstract: | The report on the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC puts forward a new scientific development concept which stresses upholding the human-oriented thought and keeping the all-around, coordinated and sustainable social and economic development. Based on an understanding of the essence of this concept, the present paper elaborates the necessity of this concept awareness and guiding the higher education with the concept for the new built PE departments and institutes. |
