| 摘 要： | 我国体育体制改革以前,体育部门是政府的一个公共部门,体育产品也是由政府公共部门生产的,是为了全体人民的利益目标。因此,其产权归国家或政府部门所有,具有公共产权的特征,即消费的集体性。随着市场经济的进一步深化,体育部门中引入市场机制的呼声也越来越高。职业体育俱乐部
