| 摘 要： | 1前言优秀运动员性格研究是运动心理学领域中的重要研究课题,早在运动心理学萌芽和初级阶段,运动员性格研究就成了运动心理学的主要研究方向。射击运动随着竞技体育的发展竞争愈加激烈,运动水平越来越高,运动员技术上的差距越来越小,胜负乃毫微之争,因此心理因素就显得更加重要

| Abstract: | It adopts WT personality scale to carry on research to athlete's personality characteristics of women shooters of Shanghai.The research discovers that the women shooters getting proportion by subtraction shooting sportswoman of event have extraordinary significant difference and significant difference from accusing of intelligence and self-control ability.They also have significant difference in four aspects which are tough and tensile ability,intelligence,self-control ability and enterprising spirits.Elite woman shooter and nonoutstanding woman shooter have a significant difference from accusing of self-control ability.None of them have significant differences in tough and tensile ability,intelligence,self-control ability and enterprising spirits four individual character speciality total points.But the average of the outstanding group is obviously better than that of the non-outstanding group. |
