| 摘 要： | 通过介绍和分析澳大利亚国家教练奖学金培训计划，认为计划中的许多举措很有创意和应用价值，可以解决许多现今我国教练培训中存在的矛盾和问题，值得我们吸收和借鉴。提出建立专业技术导师和专业发展导师之问的正式和经常性的联系热线的建议，认为这种热线联系将明显提高教练培训的效果并成为体育科学家与教练之间密切合作的理想途径。
