| 摘 要： | 我国职业足球比赛裁判员的管理存在着足协权力过分集中，裁判员的职业道德素质重视不够，裁判选拔制度不够透明，管理法规执行不力，司法介入困难等问题。据此，从裁判员选拔制度、道德建设、监督部门的独立性、财产监察制度、舆论监督、司法介入、裁判的职业化进程及中国职业联盟组建等方面进行了对策性研究，为我国足球的进一步深化改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | The management of the professional football game umpire exists many problems:The power of the football association is concentrated excessively;Occupation moral character of umpires is respected insufficiently;Selection system of umpires is not transparent enough ;Management regulations are executed insignificantly;Intervention of judicature is difficutlt.The article investigates the selection system of the umpires,the development of morality,the independence of the supervision department,estate supervision system,public opinion supervision,f profession lawmaking,ordinance intervention and umpires' professionalization,thus provides information for deepening the reformation of football games. |
