| 摘 要： | 通过问卷、访谈调查，对山东省中小学体育教师继续教育的现状进行抽样调查。结果表明：山东省中小学体育教师终身教育的观念在逐步形成，在学习方式上更愿意采用辅导与自学模式，要求更新知识，提高专业技能。部分体育教师对继续教育持被动态度，有的培训院校教师对中小学体育教学规律不了解，存在理论与实践脱节，针对性、实用性不强等问题。针对这种现状，提出山东省中小学体育教师在继续教育中要转变教育观念、培养模式及课程设置等对策与建议。

| Abstract: | By using questionnaire and interviewing investigation method,this paper makes a sample survey on the subject of the P.E.teachers' development in primary school and middle school in Shandong province.The findings indicate that these teachers' desire for lifelong study is becoming stronger.As for the study method,they prefer the combination of coaching and self-teaching for furthering their knowledge and improving their major skills.However,there are still some P.E.teachers holding a negative attitude towards teachers' development.On the other hand,some teachers form the training institutes don't have an adequate understanding of the teaching rule in primary school and middle school,so their teaching fails to make a balance between theory and practice and lacks feasibility as well.According to the present situation,the paper makes a suggestion that P.E. teachers in their further education should change their teaching ideas,the training model,the curriculum,and so on. |
