| 摘 要： | 一流大学体育工作是一流大学不可缺少的标志,在中国各高校创建一流大学的过程中,高校体育理应做出自己应有的贡献。一流高校体育工作的评价指标体系可以为高校体育工作确立标准、指明方向。基于成果评价的思想,通过特尔菲法筛选出了一流高校体育工作的教工体育效果、学生体育效果、体育科研效果、竞技体育效果四个一级评价指标及其二级指标,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。
