| 摘 要： | 运动训练专业培养目标的模糊与混乱是制约其发展的主要因素之一。以整合理念为主线,采用文献资料研究法、分类比较法对我国运动训练专业的培养目标进行了审视和思考,认为以培养初级教练员为本位,使教练员、运动员、专项教师等多元目标并存,是运动训练专业培养目标整合的理性抉择;“初级专门人才”人才规格的定位是适应高等教育的改革趋势的;培养身心全面发展、适应性强的“通才”,不仅是运动训练专业发展的最高理念,而且也是整合的最终目的。

| Abstract: | Bluring and confusing educational goal is one of factors which influenced the development of sports training speciality.By taking the idea of integration,this paper analyzes and explores the educational goal of sports training speciality in China by adopting document study and classifying comparison.It has been thought that it is the rational choice of its integration that the education of primary coaches is the fundamental goal,and the multiple goal of coaches,athletes and special teachers is coexistent;The orientation of "primary special person with ability"can fit in with the innovative direction of higher education;The education of "generalist"with strong adaptability and general progress in body and mind is not only the upmost idea of sports training speciality,but also is the ultimate goal of integration. |
