| 摘 要： | 体育文化（ｐｈｙｓｉｃａｌ ｃｕｌｔｕｒｅ）属于广义文化，具有民族性、地域性和传统性，斯泡茨文化（ｓｐｏｒｔｓ ｃｕｌｔｕｒｅ）则属于民办文化，具有全球统一性，两者既有同一性或共同性，又有重要的差异性。弄清两者的辩证关系，是体育理论研究的核心，也是国家体育决策成败的关键。

| Abstract: | The Physical culture, characteristic of nationality, region and tradition, belongs to the culture in a broad sense; while the sports culture, with the nature of global unity, is catalogued in the world culture. There exist identities between the two but divergences as well. To make clear their dialectical relations is the core of sports theoretical research and also the key to making state sports policies. |
