| 摘 要： | 把优秀运动员竞技能力的结构模型作为选材的目标导向无疑是正确的，但在早期运动员选材中，应更多地侧重于备选对象的兴趣、动机或意志力，而且优秀运动员竞技能力的结构模型是相对的，不同的模型作用不同。

| Abstract: | The orientation of athlete's talent identification has been studied that elite athletes' sports ability model is the orientation of athlete's talent identification is not wrong,but in the early stage of athlete's talent identification,more emphasis should be put on athlete' hobby,motivation and willpower.Further more,elite athletes' sprots ability model is not absolute but relative and different models have different actions. |
