| 摘 要： | 对湖北省10个国家级贫困县60所中小学校的体育活动现状进行调查研究，发现此类地区学校体育活动的开展不仅受经济落后的制约，还受传统思想观念的束缚，应试教育的冲击。建议各级教育行政管理部门重视贫困地区学校体育工作，加大投资力度，政策倾斜，完善学校体育管理体制，建设农村体育师资队伍。

| Abstract: | Through surveying the status quo about school P.E. activities in ten national poverty-stricken counties of Hubei province,it is found that such school's P.E. activities are not only restrained from the economic lag but also restricted by traditional thoughts.Accordingly related measures and suggestions about future development of school P.E. activities in these areas are put forward. |
