| 摘 要： | 运用问卷法、访谈法和数理统计等方法，调查了广东省社会体育指导员培训的基本情况、内容、考核、管理等。剖析了社会体育指导员培训工作存在的问题，并从社会体育指导员的管理、培训内容、培训方式等方面提出了发展对策。

| Abstract: | With questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics method,on the basis of the reality of social sports instructor training and managing,and taking Guangdong Province as the typical survey unit,this article analyzes the present situation and problems of social sports instructor in training objectively.It also proposes some countermeasures to promote the development of the social sports instructors in view of the social sports instructor management,training content and methods. |
