道德认同、道德推脱、自我定向对大学生体育学习偏差行为影响的实证研究

摘    要:探讨道德认同、自我定向、道德推脱对大学生体育学习偏差行为的影响,检验多重中介模型适配性。采用道德认同的内在化分量表、运动中任务定向和自我定向问卷的自我定向分量表、体育道德推脱量表和大学生体育学习偏差行为量表,对1537名大学生(年龄20.42±0.532岁;男874人,女663人)进行调查。结果显示:道德认同对大学生体育学习偏差行为的负向影响显著(F=76.668),自我定向、道德推脱对偏差行为的正向影响分别显著(F自我定向=186.899,F道德推脱=137.076);在道德认同影响大学生体育学习偏差行为时,自我定向、道德推脱分别具备部分中介效应,而且,二者的多重中介效应也显著,中介效应分别占总效应的38.10%、5.04%和9.88%,即:道德认同对大学生体育学习偏差行为的间接影响效应占总效应的53.02%。结论:道德认同是改善大学生体育学习偏差行为的心理特质,自我定向、道德推脱是诱发体育学习偏差行为的前因要素;道德认同既可以直接的方式改善大学生体育学习偏差行为,还可以通过抑制道德推脱机制来缓解自我定向,进而有效避免产生体育学习的偏差行为。本研究可为防范和解决体育教学中的诸多潜在问题提供理论参考和实践启示。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to explore the influences of ego orientation(EO),moral identity(MI)and moral disengagement(MD)on the deviant behaviors of undergraduate physical education learning,and to test the suitability of multiple mediation models.By using the subscale of internalization of the moral identity scale(MIS-I),the subscale of ego orientation of task orientation and ego orientation questionnaire(TEOSQ-EO),the moral disengagement in sport scale(MDSS),and the deviant behavior for undergraduate PE learning(DB-UPEL),this paper made an investigation on 1537 undergraduates(Aged=20.42±0.532,Male=874,female=663).Results indicated that the negative influence of moral identity on deviant behavior of undergraduate physical education learning was significant(F=76.668),moreover,the positive effects of ego orientation and moral disengagement on deviant behavior were significant respectively(F EO=186.899,F MD=137.076);Hierarchical regression analysis indicated that in the relational chain of moral identity and deviant behavior of undergraduate physical education learning,the partial mediating effects of ego orientation and moral disengagement were significant respectively,not only that,the multiple mediating effect of ego orientation-moral disengagement was also significant,and their mediating effects were respectively accounted for 38.10%,5.04%and 9.88%of the total effects,namely that the indirect influential effect of moral identity on deviant behavior of undergraduate physical education learning was 53.02%of the total influence effect.Conclusion:MI is a psychological trait to relieve the deviant behaviors of undergraduate physical education learning,while,EO and MI are the antecedent variables to induce deviant behavior in physical education learning.MI could not only relieve the deviant behaviors of undergraduate physical education learning in a direct way,but also alleviate the EO by restraining the MD,and thus effectively avoid the deviant behavior of physical education learning.This research conclusion provides important theoretical reference and practical enlightenment for preventing and solving many potential problems in PE teaching.
