体育教学内容体系的重审——基于体育知识属性的思考

摘    要:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对目前我国体育教学内容体系建构存在的主要问题进行反思,基于体育知识属性及其习得规律的探讨,询证体育教学内容的结构特征,综合已有观点的推演与反思认为:动作是运动的基础,其发展规律和习得规律制约着人体的认知结构、技术技能结构和体适能结构。完整的动作系统是以不同动作为单元或单元的集合,动作单元则是动作被连接或组合起来构成动作链的表达方式。不同的动作单元构型和组织方式呈现了运动形式的多样性和运动技术的递阶性。动作组合的方式灵活多变,受制于动作结构的客观性、有序性、序变性和其稳定性的特征,构成人体运动的特定程式,由此形成人体运动技能不同的渐进层次和类归方式。探索体育教学内容横向关联的广泛性与纵向关联的复合性,要以理解体育知识的序变特征和蓄积规律为前提,基于动作要素与体育知识蓄积规律的相关性可知,人类动作的序变性与递归性是形成体育教学内容的基础,也是探究体育教学内容类归、分层和排列方式的重要基点。

Abstract:With the methods of documentation and logical analysis,this paper reflected on the main problems in China's sports teaching content system construction,and based on the discussion of sports knowledge attributes and its acquisition law,the confirmation of structure features of physical education teaching contents,and the deduction and reflection of comprehensive views in place,it believes that action is the basis of the movement,and that its development law and acquisition law restrict human body's cognitive structure,technical skill structure and fitness structure.Complete action system is a collection of different actions or action units,and the units are the expression form of connected or combined action chain.Different action unit configuration and organization mode presents diverse movement types and hierarchical movement technology.Flexible action combination way,subject to the action of the structure of the objectivity,orderliness and sequence characteristics of degeneration and its stability,constitutes the human body movement of specific programs,thus forming different human body movement skills way of gradual hierarchy and class rules.To explore the horizontal correlation and the complexity of sports teaching contents,we should first understand the sports knowledge accumulation rule and change characteristics,and based on the action elements and the correlation of sports knowledge accumulation rule,we get to know that the sequence of human motion degeneration and recursiveness is the basis to form physical education teaching contents,and also the key basis to explore the physical education teaching content classification,layering,and arrangement.
