| 摘 要： | 美国大多数大学的法学院在其教学中开设体育法的有关课程，并向学生提供有关体育法的活动，涉及到体育或娱乐法的杂志、学生组织、体育产业组织工作的机会以及参与体育法模拟法庭的机会等。为了促进我国体育运动的发展以及与国际体育运动接轨，我们应加大对体育法的研究及其投入，除了在体育院系之外还应在法学院系开设体育法课程。

| Abstract: | Most American law schools have sports law courses and offer opportunities related to sports law for students,such as sports law journals,work opportunities in sports law industry,etc.In order to promote the development of Chinese sports and keep in touch with the development of international sports,we should pay more attention to sports law research,including offering sports law courses in law schools except in physical educational colleges or departments. |
