| 摘 要： | 在描述国外羽毛球协会制度变迁过程的基础上,分析了羽毛球协会管理效能的本质特征,认为世界各国羽毛球协会具有非营利特性,重视为会员提供服务,项目管理采取民主管理方式,组织之间强调互利合作关系。我国羽毛球协会管理体制改革应借鉴国外的普适性经验,处理好政府机构和协会之间的关系,进一步完善中国羽毛球协会的管理体制。

| Abstract: | On the basis of describing the institutional evolution of foreign badminton associations,this paper analyses the essence of management efficiency of these associations.The badminton associations abroad play an important role in providing services to their members and adopt democratic management style.Organizations under associations cooperate and benefit each other. For the reform of China's badminton association,we should learn from foreign practices to deal with the relationship between government and associations correctly,and take measures to perfect the governance structure of China's Badminton Association. |
