| 摘 要： | 中国国际角色的转变,使我国在国际体育事务中获得更多的话语权.新的历史时期,中国要实现由体育大国到体育强国的转变,需要及时调整工作重心,促进竞技体育和群众体育协调发展.非奥运项目国内群众参与广泛、世界重视程度逐渐加强,具有旺盛的生命力,是实现体育强国的重要环节.通过完善举国体制,协调奥运项目和非奥运项目的发展策略、优化项目结构、培育科技体育市场、提高社会影响力和参与程度等方式,积极为群众提供丰富的活动项目和参与机会,早日实现体育强国的战略目标.
