Abstract:Myosin is an important structural and functional protein for the skeletal muscle, which is maily made up of a pair of myosin heavy chain MHC] and myosin light chainMLC]. MHC can express some kind of isofoms in skeletal muscle. The research showed that under different kind of exercise the MHC isoform can transfer each other. The MHC synthesis ratio is descended with gowth of age, but exercise can reverse this trend in some extent. Neural and hormonal adjustment play an important role during the MHC transition.
