| 摘 要： | 时尚体育是具有流行性、新颖性和开放性的新兴社会体育运动，作为高雅的休闲手段，可以增进个体身心健康和促进社会经济发展。高校时尚体育的开展，能够满足大学生的生理和心理需求，促进校园精神文明的建设，引导大学生人文素质的发展方向，增进大学生健康的生活方式和形成终身体育习惯，与高校体育改革方向一致，有利于大学校园文化建设。

| Abstract: | Pop sports,an emerging one,cgaracterizes popularity,novelty and openness.As means of elegant leisure,it can promote the individuals' health and development of the society and economy.Universities' pop sports can meet the physical and psychological needs of the students;thus enrich campus life and promote the spiritual civilization building,guiding the development of university human qualities,form students' healthy lifestyle and the habit of lifelong sports.Besides,Pop sports is compatible with the goal of the sports curriculum reformation in univer sities.All of those are benefitial to the culture construction of universities. |
