| 摘 要： | 通过对我国体育产业发展趋势和人才需求情况的基本分析，从人才市场需求细分、人才知识结构要求、人才结构存在的问题及其解决方法、人才培养战略模式等几个方面，对我国高等体育院校体育产业人才培养战略进行了分析和探讨。提出了人才分析和人才培养战略模型及构想，体育产业专业人才分析和培养战略的三种模型：（1）专业设置应具有超前性，要注重与体育产业的发展趋势和发展要求相适应；（2）专业设置可从专业人才市场需求增长率和该专业毕业生相对竞争地位两方面采考虑；（3）体育产业专业人才培养战略的制定可从一体化、密集型、多元化三方面入手。

| Abstract: | The study of the training of sports industry talents is of great importance to the future development of China's sports industry.Through the analysis of the developing trend and talent demand condition of sports industry,it analyses and discusses the strategy for sports industry talents training in Institutes of Physical Education in terms of economics and marketing in the following aspects:talent market segmentation,knowledge structure requirements for talents,the problems with the knowledge structure of talents and corresponding solutions,and talent training strategic mode,etc.It further explores some practicable strategic models and conceptions to lay some theoretical and practical foundations for the talent training in Institutes of Physical Education.Upon the analysis,it puts forward three models of sports industry talents analysis and training strategy:(1)the majors should be set ahead of time and emphasize on corresponding with the developing trend and requirements of sports industry;(2)the setting of majors may take into consideration the growth rate of market demand for talents and the comparativeness of the graduates of these majors;(3)the talent training strategy in sports industry can be made in three ways:integration,concentration and diversification. |
