| 摘 要： | 通过总结山东省帆船帆板队训练科技服务体系的构建过程,从生理生化监测、运动营养补给、专项体能训练监督及建议、心理对策咨询四个方面阐明了运动人体科学在专业训练科技服务中的重要性和必要性,以期为其他专项训练科技服务提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the scientific service system establishing process of Shandong Sailing and Windsurfing Team,including physiological and biochemical monitoring,sports nutritional supplements,monitoring and recommendations of physical fitness training and psychological strategy consultation.It showed that human kinetics service was very important and necessry for the professional training.It can be treated as a reference for other professioal sports teams. |
