| 摘 要： | 大型体育场馆建设周期长，投资额度大，资金回收慢，后期管理复杂，维护费用高。建议：强化体育场馆的功能目标，建立健全多功能建设；建立科学的服务质量体系；改进投资结构和管理方式；优化外界经济环境，扩大经营规模。

| Abstract: | The construction of large-scaled stadium and gymnasium needs a long period with a large amount of investment,slow recompense of fund,complex management at late stage and high fees for maintenance.It has been suggested that it should strengthen the functional goal of the stadium and gymnasium and establish a scientific service and quality system;improve the structure of investment and the mode of administration;optimize external and economic environment and enlarge the scale of business. |
