体育活动参与程度与老年人孤独感及生活满意度的关系

摘    要:采用问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,从社会学视角探讨老年人参与体育活动程度对其孤独感和生活满意度的影响。结果表明:老年人进行体育锻炼应坚持较高的频率,如每周3~4次或5~6次为宜;锻炼后的感觉为微微出汗即可;锻炼时间每次保持在一个小时左右即可。建议老年人应在社会体育指导员的科学指导下进行符合自身生理和心理特点的体育活动。

Abstract:Though questionnaire and statistics, this paper tried to show the relationship between participation degrees of the aged people in PE activities and loneliness and life quality. The findings suggested that the aged people taking part in PE activities should keep the high frequency, such as 3 - 4 times one week or 5 - 6 times one week; It is suitable to get a feeling of sweating slightly after the sports, and the time of duration should last for about one hour. The paper suggested that the aged people should take part in the sports activity which was suitable for their own physical and mental conditions and was better do it with the guidance of the mentor of social sports.
