| 摘 要： | 结合山东省乡镇社区体育发展成因调查,采用社会学的研究方法,对我国小康社会建设中居民体育行为对提升人力资本的作用进行社会学分析。结果表明：居民积极的体育行为是提升健康资本进而提升人力资本的有效途径;当体育行为成为居民生活方式的有机构成时,小康社会才会成为其本来意义上的雏形;“轴心时间疲软”、休闲时间浪费、体能衰退和不良生活习惯制约居民体育行为的养成。建议政府在提升人力资本体育因子的重要作用方面,应进一步发挥其调控、引导的职能作用。

| Abstract: | This article unifies the original investigation of village community sports development in Shandong Province,uses sociological research techniques,analysizes the function of inhabitant sports behavior sociologically to promote the human capital in the well-off society construction of our country. The result indicated that,the effective way to promote healthy capital and human capital is the inhabitant's positive sports behavior.Only when the sports behavior becomes into the the organic constitution of inhabitant's life style,cna our well-off society be its embryonic form in the original significance."The axle center time worn out",the leisure time waste,the physical ability decline and the bad habits and customs restrict the fostering of inhabitant sports behavior.It is suggested that the government should further display its regulative and guidance function in the important action of promoting sports factor of human capital. |
