| 摘 要： | 从高职院校以就业为导向、按岗位设专业、以职业岗位能力为本位的教育思想的视角，分析了当前高职院校体育教育存在的主要问题，在阐述“职业岗位能力为本位教育”与“职业实用性体育”教育的基础上，对就业导向下高职院校职业实用性体育教育提出了一些初步设想。
